PopCultHQ’s First Look: A&A: The Adventures of Archer & Armstrong #3 from Valiant (Out 5/11/16)

This May will see the release of the third issue from Valiant Comics’ latest hit series A&A: The Adventures of Archer & Armstrong. See two of Valiant’s famous characters as they get schnockered; granted Armstrong will obviously be fine, but Archer… not so much! Perhaps Mary-Maria can help the boys out.

Check out the preview panels and covers below. This is such a fun series and the creative team is top notch! #StayValiant

They’ve faced golems, goblins, ninja-nuns, and even the disgruntled Greek god of wine and revelry… But, this May, can anything prepare Valiant’s award-winning adventurers for the unpredictable menace of…drunk Archer?!

Valiant is proud to present your first look inside A&A: THE ADVENTURES OF ARCHER & ARMSTRONG #3 – the next palate-scorching chapter of “IN THE BAG” from red-hot rising star Rafer Roberts (Plastic Farm) and superstar artist David Lafuente (Ultimate Spider-Man)! Keep your distance on May 11th when Archer and Armstrong awake inside the insane maze of fine wines and lost treasures that Bacchus has constructed within Armstrong’s mystical satchel…only to find there isn’t enough coffee or aspirin left to bring Archer back from the brink of a black-belt blackout that will leave his friends and foes alike reeling!

At last…Bacchus’ diabolical plan stands revealed: get Archer and Armstrong drunk! Too bad one is an immortal with a liver of steel and the other is a bit of a lightweight. That can only mean one thing: Mary-Maria to the rescue! But can she and Armstrong put aside their differences in time to hold Archer’s hair back? Or is he about to ruin the expensive interior of Armstrong’s bottomless satchel once and for all?!
