Pixar has just released the official trailer for Finding Dory, a sequel to the extremely successful 2003 film Finding Nemo. The highly anticipated sequel debuted the trailer this morning on the Ellen DeGeneres show. The talk show host confirmed her return as the voice of the title character, Dory. Also starring in this new feature film is Ed O’Neill (Modern Family, Married with Children) as Hank the octopus, Kaitlin Olson (Always Sunny in Philadelphia) as a whale shark named Destiny, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy as Dory’s parents Jenny and Charlie, and Idris Elba in a voice role.

Film synopsis: Finding Dory reunites the friendly-but-forgetful blue tang fish with her loved ones, and everyone learns a few things about the true meaning of family along the way. Featuring the voices of Ellen DeGeneres as Dory, Albert Brooks as Marlin, Diane Keaton as Dory’s mom Jenny and Eugene Levy as Dory’s dad Charlie.
Finding Dory is scheduled for a June 17, 2016 release.
