Amazing Piano and Violin Rendition of The Walking Dead Theme w/ Homemade Zombie Video Accompaniment

Zombie violin

Can The Walking Dead get any more popular?  Okay, some may say that popular is an absolute statement and not subject to gradation. Regardless, the zombie appeal have never been bigger. From the massively-successful comic book by Image Comics, to the series heading into its sixth season, and a new spinoff (Fear the Walking Dead), people can’t seem to get enough.

One fan of Robert Kirkman’s created series has put her love for the show and its theme song into her own artistic hands.  Sonya Belousova has taken Rodrigo Garcia’s famous opening theme and put her spin on it.  Sonya, an accomplished pianist and composer who has done similar videos on her Youtube channel of her version of Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, and some Disney songs, not only wrote her own version to play but also added a violin accompaniment. Even better, she made a video using her rendition and added a little Rick Grimes-esque acting to coincide with the musical piece.  This is a brilliant piece of work and a great video to watch. Sit back for the next three minutes and take in all the zombie goodness!
