Ernie Reyes Jr. has been rushed to hospital after suffering severe kidney failure reports say. The young actor has been recovering currently undergoing dialysis while he waits for a kidney transplant, his sister said on a GoFundMe page set up to help raise money for medical expenses. He played “Keno” in the 1991 TMNT film.
Ernie’s sister Destiny Reyes told the New York Post: “Ernie is currently undergoing dialysis treatment three times per week for four hours a day while waiting for a kidney transplant.” The actor who starred in just as many cult classic modern-day martial arts/action films next to Jackie Chan is not looking so great. Even with the strong will and body that Ernie has developed over the decades with his extraordinarily dedicated hard work and passion to his craft, he needs all the fan support he can get.
